Processing time
Orders are reviewed after PayPal payment is confirmed. In-stock items normally enter packing within 2-4 business days. Packing photos may be prepared before dispatch for fragile porcelain orders.
Delivery options
Checkout offers destination-based air and sea shipping. Rates follow the current route table by destination and billable weight, and no separate packing surcharge is added at checkout.
Duties and taxes
International import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the buyer's responsibility when charged by the destination country.
Tracking
After dispatch, the merchant will provide tracking information by email or direct message. Tracking activation can take 24-72 hours after carrier pickup.
