Return and Refund Policy
Return handling for handmade porcelain, cancelled orders, and damaged parcels.

Before dispatch
A paid order can usually be cancelled before packing or dispatch starts. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Handmade variation
Small glaze, brush, size, and color differences are normal for handmade or hand-finished porcelain and are not treated as defects.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and packed securely in protective materials suitable for porcelain. Return shipping costs are normally paid by the buyer unless the merchant shipped the wrong item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back through PayPal. PayPal and the buyer's funding source control final posting time.
