Damage Claims
Breakage claim steps for fragile porcelain shipments.

If porcelain arrives damaged, contact the merchant within 48 hours of delivery so the claim can be documented quickly.
Required photos
Please keep the item, inner packaging, outer carton, shipping label, and all protective material. Send clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label. For high-value or insured parcels, an unboxing video from sealed carton to damaged item may be required.
Resolution options
Depending on product availability and shipping coverage, the merchant may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.
Carrier claim
For damage review, the buyer may need to keep packaging materials until the carrier or merchant completes review.
